The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thus naturally achieving a state of health, joy, bliss and above all, balance.

No prior yoga experience required. Anyone above 14 years are welcome.
Program Guidelines:
1. Pre-registration is mandatory as seats are limited.
2. Yoga Yuvati reserves the right to reschedule/cancel the program.
3. Attendance for all the sessions is mandatory.
4. All sessions start on time. Late entries will not be entertained.
5. Please maintain an empty stomach condition: Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, and beverage 1.5 hours before the class. Drinking water is fine.
6. Wearing fully covered, loose comfortable clothing is suggested. Please avoid shorts.
7. Recommended to bring your own yoga mat and cushion to sit comfortably on floor.
Due to the nature of the practice, people who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time:
* Women who are planning to conceive or are currently pregnant. Women planning to conceive can discuss with the teacher before registering.
* Anyone with active hernia.
* Anyone who has had major open surgery within the last 6 months.
* Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks.
People with following conditions should consult a doctor before practicing:
- Back, neck, leg, or hip disease
- Active Hernia
- Any Injury
- Artificial Joint replacement
- Heart disorder
