Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental health. ‘’Angamardana’’ means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. This practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. It strengthens the spine, builds physical strength, fitness and tenacity, taking years off the body.
Designed by Sadhguru, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It involves only the body and floor exercises the can be practiced anywhere, even during travel..

Program Guidelines:
1. Pre-registration is mandatory as seats are limited.
2. Yoga Yuvati reserves the right to reschedule/cancel the program.
3. Attendance for all the sessions is mandatory.
4. All sessions start on time. Late entries will not be entertained.
5. Please maintain an empty stomach condition: Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, and beverage 1.5 hours before the class. Drinking water is fine.
6. Wearing fully covered, loose comfortable clothing is suggested. Please avoid shorts.
7. Recommended to bring your own yoga mat and cushion to sit comfortably on floor.
Due to the nature of the practice, people who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time:
* Women who are planning to conceive or are currently pregnant. Women planning to conceive can discuss with the teacher before registering.
* Anyone with active hernia.
* Anyone who has had major open surgery within the last 6 months.
* Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery or any severe muscular injury within the last 6 weeks.
People with following conditions should consult a doctor before practicing:
- Back, neck, leg, or hip disease
- Active Hernia
- Any Injury
- Artificial Joint replacement
- Heart disorder
