Terms and conditions for One-on-One Yoga Session

1. Session Location

   • The one-on-one yoga session will be conducted at the participant’s chosen location (residence or private space).

   • It is the participant's responsibility to ensure the space is safe, clean, and suitable for conducting the session.

     
     

2. Environment Requirements

   • The participant must ensure a peaceful and distraction-free environment for the session.

   • Loud noises, interruptions, and other disturbances must be minimized to maintain the session’s effectiveness and tranquility.

     
     

3. Instructor’s Arrival and Setup

   • The instructor will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up and prepare for the session.

   • The participant is requested to be available to grant access and assist with any necessary setup needs.

     
     

4. Safety and Comfort of Instructor

   • It is mandatory to ensure a safe and respectful environment for the instructor at all times.

   • The safety and dignity of the instructor must be respected. Any form of misbehavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and further action may be taken if necessary.

     
     

5. Liability

   • The instructor is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring due to unsafe space arrangements or failure to follow instructions during the session.
